No hot water or electricity
The house is very nice and clean. However the last three days we had no hot water. The last day and night we had no electricity. The host came over and could not help. She just kept saying it was not her fault. I agree I do not think it was her fault, but I really do not care who is at fault. It was not due to a power outage. Every other house in the neighborhood had power. Also the first night there where no Linens, sheets or pillow cases on one of the beds. And there was no book of complaints. This was an expensive House. We stayed in a hotel for on night to take a hot shower. We asked for some compensation, and the host has not helped in anyway. Very unhelpful host. She was nice, but not helpful at all. In conclusion, if you do not need need hot water and electricity and you want to pay a lot not to have it. This is your place!

Schöne Ferien in Pinienwood Villa
Unsere Familie hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit in der kleinen Pinienwood Villa. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf gerne wiederkommen.

La maison est telle qu'on la voit fans les photos, a une quinzaine de minutes des plages comme décrit. Pour les personnes qui cherche le calme, c'est l'idéal. Très facile d'accès pour les personnes âgées et a déplacement difficile. En un seule mot, Ravie😍

petite maison agréable, les propriétaires sont adorables, proche d'un supermarché qui ferme à 21h. sesimbra se trouve à 10/ 15mn en voiture .C'est un endroit calme à la campagne, tout en étant proche de ce que l'on peut avoir besoin.

Cette maison est parfaite pour passer un bon séjour en famille avec des enfants. Un jardin très agréable avec balançoire et de l'espace pour les enfants. Nous avons pu nous poser au calme et profiter des alentours.

Es un sitio maravilloso
La casa es muy hermosa, muy tranquila, perfecta si te gusta la tranquilidad y la privacidad. La atención de la propietaria a sido excelente . Aun que fueron sus bellos padres los que nos recibieron, una pareja estupenda.
