On the ground floor near the entrance is the dining room, equipped with a pizza oven, furnished with table and chairs for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, fridge, hood, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods, electric oven. The large living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs and television for spending time with friends.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. A laundry area with washing machine is available for guests.

On the first floor, after the small air-conditioned living area with sofa, is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms and wifi internet available.
