The house is located in the main square of the village of Serravalle Langhe in Alta Langa where the vineyards begin to retreat, the hazelnuts begin to grow and the land becomes more rustic and wooded. The perfect place to take a break, relax and breathe fresh, clean air. The town is very pretty and is less than 10 minutes from Bossolasco, 25 minutes from Alba and Barolo. The ideal place for nature lovers, there are many paths to walk or cycle. The house has a long history, dating back to the Middle Ages, some wooden beams and floors are original.
