"We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax."

È una struttura datata che ha bisogno di manutenzione e di un restyling completo a partire dalla cucina e dai bagni. Lo spazio per i posti auto è limitato e condiviso con altri appartamenti ma nel complesso la casa ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo ben proporzionato rispetto alle richieste del 2021 (basse). "Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und bei Problemen schafft der Vermieter sofort Abhilfe. Außerdem stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite bei Fragen nach Ausflugszielen, Stränden und Restaurants waren viele gute Tipps dabei, die wir sehr genossen haben. Leider ist die Saison vor Ort spätestens Mitte September vorbei, weshalb das ein oder andere Restaurant und einige Strandbäder schon Anfang September geschlossen hatten."

"We met with the owners sister who spoke good english and was very nice, so our check in went smoothly. The apartment was beautiful, and the owner went well above standards by furnishing breakfast and coffee. The entire setting up on a hill overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was very beautiful. We highly recommend this property!"

"La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile."

"This little farm house was a perfect base for us to explore the area. The weather was hot (late August) but the ability to open all the windows and the fans provided kept the temperature reasonable. We would have stayed longer if we could and will stay again if we can."

"Our experience in Belmonte was amazing. The house was charming and very clean. It had everting needed to cook. We loved it. The town is enchanting and the views from the terrace was like something you only see in the movies. It is very peaceful, perfect for reading and doing nothing. My husband did plenty of sketches of the views and our son was inspire and wrote many poems. We are already planning to return in the summer."
