"The personal welcome was excellent and friendly. I called when I arrived and was guided into the secure parking in a nearby courtyard. The room was very clean. The location was very easy walking distance to the central street through town. Marie Cecile had clear guidance for restaurants, how to hike up to the castles, etc. Note: The beds are very firm. Note: If you have sensitive ears, it is next to the church, so..... church bells. The breakfast was generous, including home-squeezed juice...

"What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism. The host is as brilliant as other reviews note - nothing too much trouble. "

"Lovely place to stay, really nice clean room. Elisabeth was so kind and helpful to us. She kept apologising for her English… but we had no problem she was very easy to understand and told us so much about the local area. She went above and beyond with us. Such a great time and lovely person to stay with. Will definitely like to go back again."
