"It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "

"Pankor Laut is the sort of place you dream about when you think of paradise, a rainforested island with white sand beaches, over sea villas and perfectly managed grounds. What makes Pankor Laut so special is the staff, every one has a smile and a genuine desire for everyone to have the best possible experience while with them. It is impossible to choose the highlight for our visit, the speedboat transfer, the beautiful resort, the personal concierge (Dian is a superstar), the fabulous accommodation, the stunning food, the bus shuttle service on demand or just Pankor Laut island the true star of the show.
