"Nicely appointed room, very clean and new. There was an in-room washer/dryer machine and a kitchenette. This “residence” is located inside the Banyan Tree Hotel through the same main entrance but a different check in process. You have to call the property managers and someone will come down and bring you up to their office located on a different floor. It was slightly surprising but completely professional and easy. "The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc. We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. Great location

"This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing & shopping. Just across the road to the walkway that goes to the Petronas tower complex. Got a great deal from Hotels.com on a suite, it was huge and had free access to the club where there was complimentary food & drinks. Be aware of the heat in Kuala Lumpur, even though it was in February it was very hot 24 hours a day ! "
