"1st I have only good things to say for my family and I, but one thing is more important because it’s a safety concern. I love the neighborhood, the lighting is poor when it comes to locating your unit after hours. There are a lot of dips and potholes that you could potentially hit if turning around. "The house was conveniently located near downtown Fairburn. A group of us used it for accommodations during a nearby horse show. The house was clean and adequately stocked. There is a washer and dryer present with detergent available. The washer can get stuck and not rinse and spin the clothes, so it took a couple cycles to get one wash completed. "This place is amazing, it has such a peaceful feeling. The kitchen is great and well stocked. Super cozy king size bed with a view of the trees, feels like you are in a tree house. You can walk everywhere or take the golf cart to dinner. All the restaurants in Serenbe are great! Everyone in the community is super friendly and helpful. There is even a County Store with the groceries you need. I give this place 5 stars!"
