Very convenient but too small for large group.
The apartment is very convenient - just opposite to Seoul Station and there are also Lotte Mart and Lotte Outlet. However the room is too small to stay for 7 people.... it's only 50sqm. It's the loft room. No bedroom inside. 4 people maximum I would say. Too expensive as well.

Location is convenient, close to Seoul train station and Lotte Mart and Outlets. Open kitchen with microwave, toaster, stove available for simple cooking. Washing machine with detergent and softener. Our clothes dry fast. We could have travel lighter.

A Great Place to Stay for Family Getaways in Seoul
Great place to stay considering it’s (the lodging property) proximity to Seoul station which is the main hub together with the neighboring landmarks that are just of walking distance. The loft is really clean, comfortable, and spacious. Though a bit run down due to normal wear and tear may need refurbishing at some point. The staff was really warm and friendly, especially when we first got there. I just hope the parking has a 24/7 access ‘coz we already paid for it in advance, however you can only access it from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm, which is really inconvenient.

A wonderful stay in Seoul.
Travel House is in a great location. Close to metro and bus stations. Very early to navigate the area. Has two convenience store close by as well as Lotte Outlet across the street. Area feels safe. Accommodation is comfortable and very clean. Would definitely return next time we visit Seoul again. Response to questions were quick and they go out their way to help with problems.

Grest customer service despite theres no "front desk". Good size room and bed. Nice kitchenette with plenty of (instant) coffee- get more on request. Great location just next to metro and train station. Highly recommend

Good experience and accommodation in Seoul
Excellent service and prompt reply from host before trip! The direction from metro station to the accomodation was also very clear. Host was very thoughtful by providing a folder with operating instructions for washing machine etc in different languages. Accomodations was also conveniently located at Seoul Station with Airport Railway and Line 1 and 4, and the apartment is just opposite Lotte Mart (great for shopping)! House was well equipped with washing machines, shower gels and plenty of stools. However, host could provide detergent and a bigger drying rack. It was a comfortable stay for 4 adults with lots of space to place to put our luggages and shopping loots. Will stay there again if we are visiting Seoul in the future!

The room was clean and it had all the basic amenities especially for us traveling as a family. Ovia was very accommodating, she even offered chicken delivery and can be easily reached out if you need anything. Will definitely come back again.

the location was great, near Seoul station. It was easy to go anywhere via metro or train. Only problem was taxi driver always drop us at the other side of Seoul station. The host was very prompt in responding our request. We asked a taxi for our departure to airport. She not only made the arrangement but also she came out to taxi to make sure we got on ok. Laundry facility was great since we had teenagers and it was summer. The room we had was not as big as the picture shown. Having only one bathroom with 5 of us was a bit inconvenient. Overall we had great time and we can't complain. Thanks.

Our room was clean and well maintained. It had a fridge, microwave, 2-burner range, washing and dryer machine, ac/heater, and hot water system. We only wished these 2 systems had worked better i) the dryer took us 8 hrs to dry one load and ii) the ac unit started to loose efficiency and the room became a little warm after about 3-4 hours at night.

Family Trip to Seoul
Travel House well connected to subway/airport express station which allows us to commute at ease to various places of attractions. It is a well maintain and offer reasonable comfort for a family of 5 pax albeit its small floor space. The main attraction is close proximity to Lotte Shopping Mall which is a "1-stop" place for Korean products and food since there is not much selection of restaurants around the vicinity (esp with toddler and kids around).
