훌륭하네요
외국에서온 친구의 숙소를 찾다가 제가사는 신축오피스텔에 숙박할수있는 레지던스를 보고 급히예약했습니다.제가사는 오피스텔이라 깨끗함은 당연히 알고있고 친구가도착전 들려보니 아주깨끗하고 호텔급이더군요.더 큰평수가 만실이어서 작은평수로 예약한게 조금아쉬웠지만 다음날 친구와 시내이동할때도 같은오피스텔이라편했구요.적극추천합니다

호텔과 다른 편안함
저는 출장으로 방문했습니다. 호텔이 아닌 원룸을 개조하여 만듬으로 개인집같은 느낌이었음. 원룸이므로 가스 및 가정용 집기가 있어서 간단한 음식도 만들어 먹을수 있었고, 세탁기도 있어서 세탁이 가능했음... 단, 세제가 없어서 세탁은 못함

도심지 위치해서 편리했음
새로운 시설이라 깨끗하긴 했으나 도로쪽은 창문을 열면 차량 소음이 많고 방에 비해서 TV 가 작고 리모콘도 사용하기가 불편했음

とっても良かったです。
駅の出口から５分弱。部屋も清潔、ホテル周辺もお店がいっぱい、サウナもちかい、部屋のベッドも広い。 このレジデンスの社長さん？がとっても親切で、　郵便局の場所を聞くと、寒い中　上着も着ずに案内してくださいました。 １人旅が多いので、セキュリティーが心配でいつもホテルに泊まっていたのですが、初レジデンスに挑戦しました。 ２４時間で１階に管理人のおじさんがいるし、とても気にいりました。リピ決定です。

깔끔한 시설 편리한 위치
시설은 깔끔하게 되어 있었구 위치가 역과 가까워서 좋았네요 요리 시설이 안에 있어서 편한고 마트도 걸어서 15분 정도면 갔다올 수 있었어요 표백제 냄새가 좀 나긴 하지만 다음에 또 이용할 생각도 있습니다.

出張で2泊、快適でした。
出張で普段使うホテルの空きがなく初めて宿泊しました。オープンしたばかりで、部屋はシンプルで、とてもきれいです。建物自体(オフィステル⇒単身用ビジネスマンションといえば近い表現でしょうか）も新築のため、ものすごくきれいです。シャワーのお湯の出もばっちりです。地下鉄の駅も空港バス、路線バスの乗り場も近いので、便利です。オーナーさんがとても親切でした（日本語ができるかは不明）。個人の方が開業したレジデンスなので、ホテルのサービスはありません。早く到着して荷物を預けると、部屋に荷物を運んでおいてはくれる程度のサービスです。
