I stayed for two nights in mid-October.
-The location is very near the station (go out exit 1, turn right at the first side street, up a small hill, and then left at the sign for the hotel, maybe 20-30 meters up the road). It's one stop from Seoul Station on the #4 subway line, and only three stops from Myeong-dong.
-Its a great value! For the price of a hostel bed with a shared bathroom in many places in Seoul, you can get a private room and bathroom.
-The staff were great! Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when my trip ended up having a late-night arrival and earlier-than-expected departure.
- I might have been more comfortable if I'd brought a pair of earplugs (the first night only - there was a bit more activity that night, and a loud snorer in one of the other rooms) and a set of travel sheets (the bed had a mattress pad-style sheet and comforter, which were fine, but I personally like actual sheets, too). Of course, those are not necessary, just my preference.
-The room seemed very clean (a little old and run-down, but clean) but the second night I did see a couple small bugs in the bathroom. That's probably something you'd see in most places in the same price range, though, and they disappeared when the light was on.
-Be aware, this is a guesthouse, not a 5-star hotel. (A mid-upper range hotel is going to cost a lot more, in Seoul.)
Overall, I had a good stay! Know what you're booking and you won't be disappointed.
