We stayed here for 5 nights, and I'd say this is not a normal hotel you should expect.
Make it clear, this is a clean, neat and comfortable hotel, yet it varied greatly to your expectation to the city Seoul.
It is a old-fashioned hotel, with its wooden furnitures, but so far it is neat, clean and tidy.
It is by no means luxury - well you paid hostel price for a hotel.
The service is by no means luxurious, yet the hotel attendants remembered what you want - She put 3 bottled water for us two every night after we asked her for extra at the first night, She refill shampoos and towels based on where we last placed, She changes the blanket of the bed zipping the same orientation that I had.
The location is far from city center, as a reward half of its room enjoys panoramic view of Hankang (DO request it if you value this greatly).
This is not a hotel for luxurious living, This is not a hotel for comfy shopping. This is a hotel, however, to get you proximity to nearby country park hiking, and, more importantly, give you an insight what Korea is, before the *lingering* K-pop prevails and economy thrives.
Expect this a hotel for an insight to what traditional Korea is.
Just look at its outlook its building its display its style, you will know how this hotel is.
