The room was comfortable and fairly nice; however, it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke upon my arrival, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Additionally, there were a lot of marks/scuffs on the walls, including fingerprints. Had there been no odour and the bathroom and walls been cleaned, I would have given it a much higher review. If these things don't bother you, and you're mainly concerned with convenience of location, then it's a good choice.

The property looks really clean in the picture. The room itself does look like the photos. However, my unit wasn’t properly cleaned pubic hair woman hair on the bed. The guys that are out front. Don’t know how to speak any English and ask me for which hour I was supposed to check in at in all honesty they look like bunch of gangsters. It was a very sketchy area on the weekends. I can hear girls in other rooms. It wasn’t a very pleasant experience. This is also more of a motel

The drain was leaking under our sink because it seems it wasn't the right drain or was improperly installed. The AC didn't work (not that we needed it) the bath tub takes a while to drain. The toilet doesn't have a bidet (not a huge issue, just thought it was standard). The tv doesn't work for anything. I tried using my Chromecast, won't work at all. The laptop, I feel was just aesthetics. The soap bar should be a pump soap dispenser instead. The design and look of everything looked nice but had some small dirty bits around the edges. The bathroom door would hit the wall and damage the wall (just needs a 90° metal piece) I stayed in 705

The worst experience for the price

The worst experience for the price. I only slept for two hours because of the severe noise soundproofing at all, the facilities are very bad, and the surroundings are also bad. 가격에 비해 최악의 경험을 하고 갑니다. 밤새 시끄러워 겨우 2시간 잤어요. 위 옆방 소음이 심각한데 방음이 전혀 안되고, 시설도 매우 나쁘며, 주변도 좋지 않습니다.

Wangsimni station. Clean and comfortable.

Decided to stay in this hotel just to try it out bad no reviews. Hotel seems new or freshly renovated. It's in the vicinity of multiple other hotels/motels. Area is more for couples looking for "Rest". I stayed in 2 other hotels in the same area for my trip to Korea. I traveled alone so wasn't too worried. This hotel is well worth the extra 3 or 4 dollars compared to nearby hotels/ motels. For the price it was nice for me. Great for single traveler or couple. Good size TV. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. The room has an ergonomic design that's pleasing. Toiletries are provided to include: tooth brushes, soap, towels and other hygiene items. The front desk was nice to me and even sent me an message offering to show me around when I arrived. They understood me and seemed to know enough English. You can tell they take extra care to clean the rooms and make sure everything is organized felt like they take a ruler to things to make sure its perfect. Convenience store within a minutes walk. And a 24 hour laundromat just down the street. Wangsimni station plaza is a 6-10 minute walk down the road just cross 2 crosswalks and you are there plenty to do there with events and a nice mall with movie theater and all. Plenty to eat around. The hotel is located at wangsimni station about a 2 minute walk out of exits 1 and 2. The area felt safe to me and I was comfortable walking around at night alone. Will probably be my go to hotel next time.
