Great location, next to underground lines and Arex line station, giving direct access to airport in around 45mins. Fridndly staff, great breakfast (additional cost about £12). Allowed my friend to store bike in room. Good gym (in terms of hotel gyms).

Hotel staff friendly and welcoming. The room deco is too dark not enough bright lighting. Room was too small if you have 3 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases. You can hear next door talking, wall is quite thin. The area is very good, convenient getting the metro and the airport line too. You have lots of restaurants around.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staffs are professional. Facilities and room amenities are very good. Hotel is very near good dining places but not overly crowded with noisy shopping streets and bars. I would recommend this hotel for you stay in Seoul.

Location is excellent. Take AirPort Express and the 2nd to last stop, exit 9, hotel is literally right in front of you. Hotel itself is ok, room is very standard. I have stayed here last year too and front desk is friendly. This time, I got a two single bed room and the shower was so ridiculous. It has a tub and shower head. However the glass is only half way, so when I turned on the shower head sprayed everywhere on the floor. There is no way to avoid it, I end up sitting in the bathtub to wash my hair holding the shower head, then my daughter did the same thing. So at midnight, we were cleaning all the water that sprayed everywhere inside and outside of the bathroom. Other than that, hotel is excellent!

Hotel is located just above the train station, many malls and eating places around. We were given room at highest floor as requested, hotel allow us to store our luggage after check out. The downside is the double room is a tad small, breakfast quality average , top up of food rather slow…

Glad hotel was perfect. There is a train station just outside the door, a 7/11 in the lobby and restaurant onsite. The restaurant food was amazing! The staff of the hotel were all so nice and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and stocked with all the essentials. The area around the hotel had lots of places to eat and explore. Not sure about parking, as I didn’t have a vehicle. The train honestly was perfect. In my interacts with the hotel staff, we got by on simple English and smiles. It was great. I highly recommend the glad mapo hotel. I will certainly stay here again.

Front desk staff were always available to help us with storing our luggage and provide directions. Property is modern and clean. We chose to not have housekeeping come into our room but they knocked on our door later in the day to see if we needed towels or other items. Excellent amenities in room. We saw from maps that Gongdeok train station was nearby but found that one of the entrances was just outside the hotel entrance and thus made it so convenient to hop on to the train that took us to the airport! The hotel lobby also had a small 7-11 and a kiosk that made it easy for us to convert Japanese yen we had to Korean won. Would definitely come back when/if we were to return to Seoul.
