Ok so this place isnt fully delevep. Im not going to pretend like is the most state of the art but it really is on its way there. If you get to stay here you'll most likely be alone in a house apartment that covers the entire floor.

익스피디아에서 예약하면 예약한지 확인 안하는 곳
원래 원룸인데 숙박 예약을 하면 빈방에서 잘수 있게 해주나 봅니다. 해당 장소에 저녁 11시경 도착했는데 원룸 건물만 있고 아무것도 없어서 익스피디아에 기재되어 있는 전화번호로 전화를 거니 없는 번호라고 나오더라구요... 입구는 여느 원룸처럼 비밀번호를 쳐야 들어갈 수 있게 되어있구요 주변에 물어볼 사람도 없고 멘붕와서 30분간 주변을 서성이다가 그냥 찜질방 가서 잘까하다가 내가 혹시 잘못 찾아왔나 하는 생각에 네이버지도를 켜고 해당 주소의 로드뷰를 봤더니 원룸앞에 과거에 현수막이 붙어있는 사진을 볼 수 있었는데 거기 주인장의 연락처가 적혀 있었습니다. 그래서 그 번호로 전화를 걸어서 주인이랑 통화를 했는데 제가 익스피디아를 통해서 예약을 한걸 모르고 있더라구요... 오래기다렸고 굉장히 고생했다는 이야기를 했는데 미안하다는 말 한마디도 없더라구요... 어쨌든 급히 전화로 안내를 받아서 비밀번호 누르고 들어가서 방을 안내받고 들어갔는데 기본적인 세면도구도 없고 심지어 화장실에 휴지도 없더라구요... 기본적으로 손님을 맞을 준비가 안되어있다는 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. 예약을 확인 안하는 주인도 이해가 안되고, 예약 확인을 안하는 숙박업소를 관리 안하는 익스피디아도 굉장히 실망스럽습니다. 비방하는글 게시 안한다고는 하는데 최소한 익스피디아에서 숙박업소들에 대한 관리는 제대로 해주셨으면 좋겠네요

NEVER TRY, IT SUCKS
숙박확인, 숙소 예약을 전화로 확인했음에도 불구하고, 그 시간에 주인 할머니가 사우나에 가고싶어지면 연락없이 가버림. 체크인은 물론 할 수 없음. 할머니는 전혀 대화가 통하지 않는 사람으로, 투숙객은 자신이 아량을 베풀어서 딱한 사람들을 푼돈에 재워준다는 사상으로 운영을 하고 있음. 당연히 우리는 아랫사람으로 니 주제에 항의 할 수 없다고 생각. 항의 시 부모님 욕부터 다양한 폭언을 경험할 수 있음. 역에서 버스 이용시 그렇게 먼 거리는 아니지만, 초행길에서는 헤맬 가능성이 있고 도착해도 바로 체크인을 기대하지 않기를 바람. 시간이 많고 스트레스가 많아 누군가와 싸우고 싶다면 강추! 감정이입은 알아서 할머니가 도와주심~ 어차피 여기서 한 예약으로는 체크인 할수 없기 때문에 호텔스 닷컴에 전화해서 할머니가 체크인을 해주지 않는다고 말하면 환불은 해주더라구요~ 24-hour check-in, but after meeting with check-in time, if grandmother wants to go to sauna suddenly at that time, we should wander in the street. The owner's grandmother thinks that the guests are poor people, and she gives her warmth and sleeps her pennies. I do not check in if I do not like my grandmother (especially when I go to the sauna). I do not check-in even after the payment has been completed. When you want to fight someone, feel free to make an appointment. (It 's on your subject, it' s annoying, it 's a funny year, your parents. I can not make reservations anyway, so I will refund you when I call the hotel.com. I do not have a phone number. Please call me with a banner on the picture.

깨끗하고 널찍하지만 아직 미비점이 많음
깨끗하고 넓은 공간이지만 신규 업소라서 주방기기나 여타 여건이 아직 불충분함 신촌 홍대까진 버스로 15분 거리
