We greatly appreciated our journey at B my guesthouse. Tge staff is friendly and kind.The place is clean, quiet and located in a calm environment, train stations are 5 min walk. We enjoyed dining in the kitchen every evening. The must, as a family with 3 kids, is the access to the washing machine and dryer (free once a day).

Room was small but great for the price. The guesthouse did not respond to messages about check-in, which they request in the Expedia description, but they man the front desk so you just have to go to the guesthouse to check in.

明洞駅までは歩いて10分ほどで便利です。シャワーの温度が低すぎて寒かったです。安いので仕方ないですが、壁が薄く、横の部屋の声がすごく聞こえます。部屋の窓を開けるとすぐに道路なので開けると通行人が目の前です。部屋は清潔だったのでよかったです。

明洞に近く、飲食店にもショッピングにも便利な立地で、洗濯機と乾燥機もあるので子連れにはとても助かった。友人母娘と宿泊したが、子ども達は2段ベッドに大はしゃぎだった。 気になる点としては、急な坂道があるため、行き帰りスーツケースを引いての移動は少し大変かも。 宿はエレベーターのないほぼ5F建てで、上の階になると毎度階段の昇り降りが大変。 お風呂場は排水口？の臭いが気になった。 壁が薄く、外の音が気になり、逆にこちらの音もうるさくないか気になった。 あまり宿で過ごす時間が長くなかったこともあり、快適に過ごせて良かった。

私は屋根裏部屋に家族5人で2泊滞在しました。明洞駅から近くソウルタワーからも遠くなかったので行動しやすい立地のリーズナブルなホテルです。ホテルが坂の上にありエレベーターがないので、大きなスーツケースがある場合は体力がある人向けの部屋だと思います。その部屋では夜に強く雨が降った際には雨音は気になるレベルでした。又、シャワー室内に着替えを置くところがないのが難点でしたが、室内にトイレが2部屋あったのは助かりました。

立地は便利でした
友人と4人で四階の1番上の部屋を借りました。 隣接する部屋もなく私たちだけなので隣の部屋の音等気にすることなく過ごせました。 エアコンついてたので快適でした。 シャワーもトイレも2箇所あったのでそこもよかったです！ ただ明洞はちかいけど 坂がきつかったです笑 遠くから戻る時はタクシーを使い、運転手の方に住所を伝えて坂を上がってもらいました。 それだけで本当に助かりました。笑 布団はシーツ等ないので 自分で持ってきたタオルを枕に敷いて使いました。 布団は顔が当たるところだけ布が洗えるようになってました。 管理しているのはおばさまで フレンドリーで親切でした。 タオル交換はセルフだったので一階の奥から取るスタイルでした。 とにかくお値段が安いのでそこは1番評価すべきところかと思います。
