1. Window Single Bed: Heated and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. There is a gap between the building in front of it.
2. Queen Bed: Comfortable bed frame and mattress, with clean hotel-style bedding
3. 65-inch Smart TV: Can watch various wired channels and YouTube/Netflix
4. TV Table: Can place a suitcase, coffee pot, radio Bluetooth speaker, and three charging cables.
5. Wardrobe: Steam iron/dryer is available.
6. Table: Suitable for meals for 3 people or personal work.
7. Display Cabinet: Hand drip set, beans, Ronnefeldt tea, memo tools (pen, fountain pen, post-it), various tissues, first aid kit, event gift cookies.
8. Bathroom: Lavender-scented diffuser, is placed on the bidet.
9. Bathroom Cabinet: Hand dryer, towels, body towels, toilet paper, etc. are provided.
10. Towel Bin & Laundry Bag: Place used towels under the sink and there is a laundry bag.
11. Water Purifier: Everpure water purifier with excellent water purification performance is installed in the sink.
12. Refrigerator: Clean glass bottles are provided (We do not provide bottled water for the environment)
13. Freezer: Cube ice tray and frozen ice are provided.
14. Kitchen: Various cooking utensils and induction, microwave oven are available.
15. Under the oven, host's private space: Various refill items are available. If you need it and use it, please leave a message to the host.
16. Washing Machine: 7 kg capacity washing machine is available.
17. Shoe Rack: House shoes, various laundry/cleaning supplies are available for free use.
18. Window Shelf: Cordless vacuum cleaner is available.
19. Basement 1st floor coin laundry room: Two large capacity washing machines and two dryers are available. Each can be used for 3,000 won (only cash).

1. The accommodation is better than most hotels. It's clean and well-equipped. The host is friendly and prepared with hand-drip coffee, homemade cookies, and ice cubes. The communication is good and the host is very responsive. I highly recommend it

2. I had a wonderful stay in this place. It is close to Nambu train station and airport bus station. The unit is spotless, cozy and comes with thoughtful and high-tech amenities. 3. I recently stayed at the most perfect Airbnb in Seoul and I could't be happier! the location was spot-on, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The apartment itself was stylishly decoreated and sparking clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyound to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recomment this place to anyone visiting Seoul!
