Comfortable beds, clean and a great continental breakfast each morning along with friendly and helpful staff is exactly what we needed and received. "Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"Great modern appointed hotel. Impressive range of facilities including a bar, buffet & restaurant. Buffet is very good with a large variety of food available at an excellent price. Pool is huge and monitored by a life guard."

"We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms! Positives: *very nice staff *excellent coffee bar *good breakfast Negatives *This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside *Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture. *The shower leaked so much that there was a huge puddle on the floor after every shower and we had to use our ration of towel to mop it up. *The room decor was hokey with fake rock wallpaper and some weird paper on the wall above the bed meant to evoke... not sure what. We were happy to check out - although we did greatly enjoy our time in the national park and some nice dinners at other restaurants."
