Our charming studio is thoughtfully designed to provide you with comfort and convenience. The well-appointed living space features a cozy bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. With its warm and inviting atmosphere, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

This studio is fully equipped and ready to welcome both business travellers and tourists. It is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated building, and provides the following amenities:

- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, French Press piston coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.), complete with oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, sugar, paper towels, liquid soap, garbage bags, and cleaning products.
