"We stayed there 3 years prior on another trip and we felt comfortable and safe. This particular trip our flight was suddenly cancelled and this was the first place we thought of in Montreal. The staff was nice, hot breakfast, safe entrance and elevators. There is enough room in the bedrooms for 3 people to stay comfortably with excellent showers. 5 mins walking to a grocery and shopping mall. Every time I visit Montreal I will stay here. "

"I have stayed here a few times. Everyone at the hotel is very nice and pleasant in their communication. However, they still need to work on a few things to truly become a top-notch hotel. No VIP upgrades offered, the gym had no hand sanitizer available, the restaurant for breakfast is extremely expensive and you’re better to walk down the street to one of the other breakfast cafés, the bar was closed one night for a private event. Not sure why that happens in the hotel that is supposed to be for...

"We had a wonderful stay! This is a charming hotel right in downtown. All the staff was very nice, kind and very patient. We asked so many questions and were given many different options. We also left something behind. Less than 24 hours after sending an email about our item, the hotel called and let us know they found it and gave us multiple options to get it back. We will stay here again during our next visit. "
