"Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar...

"Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Porto Alabe, c’est un côté de la Sardaigne préservé et loin du tourisme de masse. La maison était parfaite pour nous 4 (2 parents, 1 enfant de 5 ans et 1 enfant de 3 ans), et vraiment très agréable à vivre. L’étage est traversant ce qui permet d’aérer facilement. "Giovanna is a lovely host and was very helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. The villa is quite remote and rural so a car is essential but it is really peaceful with lovely views of the sea and mountains. We visited a different beach every day - our favourite was Sa Mesa Longa. Thassos is worth a visit - very nice beach there too. We had a good meal at Desogos in Cuglieri - large portions so definitely go hungry as recommended by another ! Had a lovely week - thank you Giovanna x"

"Everything was great. Senariolo is very sweet little village and i takes only not more than 15 min by car to the beach. We enjoyed also the neighbourhood and surroundings. It is also very convenient ride to beautiful Bosa (aprox 25min.) if you want to experience not only quiet evening in sleepy village. Cugliari with its beautiful church is just “behind” the house. "We liked place very much, it is located near cliffs where there are very scenic views. Very nice beautiful beaches are located 10 to 30 minutes drive. 30 min drive to Oristano is also good if you want to go to shopping centers, very good restaurants etc. House is best for 4-5 people."
