"Very small room, no staff on site. Very noisy markets nearby. Toilet roll and dirty towels not replaced during room cleans. Sofa bed was awful, very loud and creaky and would fold in on itself while you were laying on it if you made a wrong move. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom lights on the outside of the bathroom with a very loud fan so that if you needed to use the toilet in the night you’d wake the whole room up. Okay location. Quite a few tram stops from where you want to be. "

"Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value. "

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"

"The facility is designed by people who care about people and about the small details in life. I was stranded at the airport after a flight delay that put mein 11 hours late and they graciously picked me up at 3am, They held breakfast for me, drove me to the train station, explained travel and aps in the region and MAKE INCREDIBLE COFFEE! I love these people and would give the an extra star if it was available. "

"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "
