"Booked the same day of stay. Reception stored our bags for us while we were out for the day. Checkin later was quick and our luggage arrive within 5 min of getting to the room"

"Our room had a big window we could open and get fresh air, it was refreshing! the room had a small kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker along with dishes and silverware. We had breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay there again."

"The bus and trains were very accessible. Lots of places to eat any meal of the day. The staff was polite and extremely helpful in giving directions to some of the attractions. Only one day there was no hot water but after calling the reception area we had plenty of hot water the next day. "
