3's a Charm - Relax after wine touring, sightseeing & shopping

Tucked away at the edge of downtown near the water, Trinity Lane Carriage House overlooks the Seneca River and Trinity Chapel.

Don't let the rustic entrance fool you, comfort awaits at the top of the stairs in the spacious loft.(This is an old carriage house, with the original stairs. Eight steps to a landing and eight more steps to the door.)

Walk to dinner and enjoy a leisurely stroll back to relax on the porch.

Take a morning stroll along the river with your cup of coffee. Or, pick up a cup downtown or Cafe IXX(across the river). You'll need to drive for Dunkin Donuts, 3/4 mile.

Watch the sun rise from the porch or dining table.

Whether a personal retreat, gals/guys weekend, couple's get-a-way or family vacation, a GREAT PLACE TO LAND after a day of fun.

Perfect Location
This property was perfect for our five day stay in the Finger Lakes region. We were able to easily drive to wineries and restaurants on both Lake Cayuga and Lake Seneca. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was so well-appointed with everything we needed. Irene is extremely easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating.

Unique and fun place
We loved the uniqueness of the carriage house, with its open layout and huge beams. It’s also in a great spot in town, and just steps from the lake/canal. Irene is very communicative and kind. Definitely would stay again.

We really enjoyed our week at 3's A Charm, great location, clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. Perfect to walk to restaurants and museums. Short drive to Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. We will stay here next time we visit the Finger Lakes.

This loft apartment was the perfect location for my stay to see family. It was close to those I came to see and gave me the space I needed to recharge and relax. It was close to everything, so comfortable and super convenient! I’m excited that I found this place and hope to be able to rent it every time we visit Seneca Falls!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Carraige House. Irene was so pleasant and caring about our comfort. The rooms were well stocked with everything we might need and then some. The bed was comfortable and the stairs although old were manageable for my husband and I and we are in our early 70's. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you Irene!

A wonderful visit!
My sister and I went to visit my daughter and her young children for a few days. We were able to cook with ease and visit afterwards! The location was perfect because we were on the go every day and came back to a cool, comfortable and clean home. We will plan for future visits and hope to stay at the Carriage House again!

Holiday weekend stay
The property was very comfortable and very clean. The loft is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, utensils and pans. Very short walk across the street to the beautiful gazebo to sit and watch over the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again if we return to the area.

Fall Wedding weekend
Flew in to Rochester and had a leisurely drive to Seneca Falls were we stayed at the Carriage House for 2 nights. Great location for us to attend a family wedding in Geneva at a venue on the lake. Beautiful fall weekend and convenient location for us to stay at, Host was fantastic and even provided a steamer unit for our wedding apparel. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of supplies.

We love the loft feel of this rental - picked it out originally due to being apartment with a kitchen. Great location to walk around and see Seneca Falls or drive down to one of the lakes. We have been using the rental for several years.

Great weekend getaway
The Carriage House was exactly what we expected. It’s a nice place in the heart of Seneca Falls. We explored the finger lakes area from Skaneateles to Canandaigua returning to Seneca Falls each night. The only suggestion we have is the main living area carpet could use a good cleaning.

Quiet stay in pretty corner of Seneca Falls
Overall lovely and quiet stay. Entire flat was pretty clean, clean linens & towels, etc. Stairs are narrow, so consider this in what type of bag/ luggage you pack. There are also 6 additional steps to the front door on the porch before the additional 16 inside the door to the actual flat.

3 Trinity Lane
We had the best seats in town for the 4th of July Fireworks! Centrally located in Seneca Falls, you can walk or drive to local stores and restaurants, take a wine tour, or just relax in comfort at home. Great for two or three people, the home came with all we needed - coffee, creamer, cleaning products, everything we needed for a long weekend. Lots of wineries and restaurants nearby!
