Can Coll de Sencelles is a wonderful villa ideal for families of up to 7 people located Sencelles, a beautiful town located in the heart of the island of Mallorca.

This villa is surrounded by charming gardens and has a 10 x 5 meter pool and is perfect for those tourists who seek the tranquility of Mallorca without sacrificing the beaches and mountains that are located 25 km away.

The first thing that surprises us about the house is its luminosity and the care of its outdoor area (gardens, swimming pool, sun beds and porch area). There we find a barbecue next to an outdoor dining room located under a porch with wonderful views. Next to the barbecue we can enjoy a pleasant area of outdoor sofas under the shade of candles.

From there we access the house that consists of 150 m2 built and offers air conditioning only in the living room. Upon entering the front door we find on the right a comfortable sofa area with fireplace and in front of the television with international channels.

On the other side we have the interior dining room that gives way to a large fully equipped kitchen with appliances and all the necessary equipment to enjoy a gastronomic holiday. The kitchen has a door to directly access the outdoor table under the porch, the ideal place to enjoy from breakfast overlooking the pool to dinner under the moon.

Can Coll de Sencelles has three rooms:
- A master bedroom with double bed (150 x 190 cm) with en suite bathroom.
- A Twin room with two beds of 90 x 190 cm
- A room with two bunk beds and a trundle bed. In total 3 beds of 90 x 190 cm

The villa has 2 bathrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom.

Can Coll de Sencelles is 4 km from the town of Sencelles where we will find supermarkets, restaurants, markets, and 30 km from the most beautiful beaches and mountains of the island.

Undoubtedly, this villa is the ideal place for those families who want to enjoy, above all, the tranquility of Mallorca, who want to enjoy an authentic experience and who can easily explore all corners of the island.
