She is extremely professional and customer service she provides in such a natural and charming way was a highlight of my stay there. The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them."
