Not much outdoor space, but a nice seating area at the front & rear of the house for outdoor dining, etc. Great location for exploring the Soča valley, with pleanty of local walks & river swimming opportunities. "Such a wonderful visit! The room, breakfast, and staff were amazing. Our favorite part was the bikes. Easy ride to Grado and Aquileia and beyond. We were in the middle of a long multi country trip, and it was so nice to be able to park the rental car (for free!) and ride bikes everywhere."

"We booked two rooms at the Casa Griunit only to find that the description on the hotels.com Website had been misleading. The Casa Griunit doesn’t offer rooms, each unit is actually an apartment. The apartment would have had sleeping space for four people with a bedroom and a sofabed downstairs, but we wanted two separate rooms for our 5-day stay. Luckily, this was resolved to our complete satisfaction by the owner and hotels.com staff. The apartments each had a lovely, spacious bedroom upstairs...
