Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was very neat and clean. Nothing missing, plenty of room for our belongings. Only necessary items around. The hostess is so easy and helpful, nothing was a problem. 40 minute drive to ski beautiful location. Would definitely return. Bad communication with e-demozil."

"Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house. "The property manager was very helpful, even with two English speakers who only knew a bit of German. She was communicative by e-mail and very friendly. The place was clean, and the views on the patio were incredible. The studio is accessible by a nearby bus stop, but the bus does not run all times of the day, so this was sometimes inconvenient as the location is atop a big hill from Sarnen. There was no shampoo or soap given in the bathroom so be sure to bring your own. Wifi was free and snacks...

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"This is the worst travel stay ever experienced, HORRIBLE!!!
