"Property and room was excellent. Property restaurant was OK but we did not get food for 30 mins and order had to be re-entered. We were charged incorrectly by server and manager said we shouldn’t have eaten food if it was wrong. We received the correct order of food. It was just charged incorrectly. Other than that small detail, it was a beautiful place!"

"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
