"It’s a beautiful old world style hotel. It’s comfy and has great service, also very old fashioned in a good way. Just how you expect a luxury hotel to be. Only problem is its aging and the cleanliness isn’t quite up to par, stuff like some grungy spots in the bathroom, doors that have water damage, etc. I absolutely enjoyed my stay thoroughly though. If they invest a little in renovations and sprucing it up it will be incredible. Id stay there again."

"We loved the Social Hub in Bologna! The staff is very kind and its very close to the station, so it was easy for us to take day trips around the surrounding area. I could stay longer. It is also a student accommodation, but since we were on the third floor, we didn’t really hear students"

"It’s my second stay at this hotel and I love it. It’s very traditionally Italian so don’t expect sleek and modern. But that’s how I like my hotels in Italy. The location is perfect - right in the historical centre and literally seconds away from great bars and restaurants and all the main sights in Bologna centre. The buffet breakfast is great and the staff really helpful. "

"Nice hotel but not close to the city. There is a bus stop just outside, and we waited for the bus there, but it just went right past us. Easy walk next door to a fabulous shopping center. Breakfast was worth it. We had trouble sometimes finding someone at the bar to get us drinks or ice. It was a restful stopover after several weeks on the road."

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The is parking for an additional fee, it's very tight and I had to be very careful to get in and out. However, a hotel staff was there to provide guidance which was a big help. "This Hotel is perfect for early airport departures due to its closeness to the airport. I have stayed here several times and would continue to use this hotel for this purpose only. The Hotel itself is quite outdated and would benefit in a refurbishment. The rooms are quite drab and the fitments (bathroom) are past their best. "The property is great for car lovers like us. Only problem was we had to air out the “non-smoking” room for a few hours when we first arrived. And we weren’t able to get dinner at the Paddock 😢"
