"Feels like Im staying at my grandmas that I never knew. Very welcoming, feels like home. My wife cried as we were leaving. Fantastic food/dinner. Would recommend to anyone who wants an at home experience. They speak pretty good english for the area and are some of the most kind people I have met. Its not a 5 star hotel. Its a 5 star home"

The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"What a beautiful place to stay! Signore Pardi is very gracious and always answered my texts quickly. The Villa where the reception is and the breakfast room are lovely and have beautiful pictures of the family. Maria who greeted us was very sweet as was the lovely Signora who prepared our breakfast. "It is a great place in the middle of the countryside in a real vineyard with very nice wine and a public beach with restaurants (10-15 minute drive) . No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. "The house was spacious comfortable and well equipped. The owners were really nice and told us great places to eat and sightsee. The house was very clean and the bed was cozy. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the beautiful Abruzzo area of Italy."

"My host is a wonderful guy and could not be more helpful. He apologized for the lack of hot water on the first day and it was not his fault there was no power on my last day. There is no menu for the meals but they were authentic rural Italy so no complaints there. Rinti their dog is very friendly and will accompany you on any walks you take. The family do not live on the premises so you can expect absolute peace and quiet during the evenings. A great place to rest and relax."

"Best hotel we’ve stayed during our trips to Abruzzo. Beautiful inside and out. Friendly and very proficient staff who made us welcome (not always the case with English speakers in Abruzzo). The food was great too - we had an exceptional dinner. Great value compared to others."

"We love this charming hotel built into medieval stone and very close to the Maiella mountains! Staff were excellent esp Eugene who can converse in English well, very generous of his time and provided excellent service throughout as well as Petra who was so funny and kind - both made the pleasant stay even better! Food was fantastic with breakfast having a great selection of both savoury and sweet treats. The only problem was the lack of airconditioning (there was a stand fan) in the room making sleep almost unbearable as we came at the hottest time of the year. No wifi in the room meant we had to do our logistics planning in the restaurant in the same building, just incovenient. Other than that, we will come back in a heartbeat! "

Wonderful end to our vacation

"We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!"
