"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"Step back in time with today’s comforts. What a wonderful stay. The owners have put a lot of effort and love into the renovations of this property. The service was personal and considerate. We also had dinner here which was excellent. I think we will look to come back here again in the future "
