"Our second stay at Segara. We stayed 5 days over Christmas and had such an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. This property is so special, the staff, the food, the location on the beach - all amazing! We will be back without a doubt!"

"Great pool, room required some routine maintenance to bring it up to scratch. Noisy due to location - which was a great location, so bring some ear plugs to combat this. You will also need to grab some bug spray to beat the mosquitoes. Servicing seemed to be done on request not daily. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Toothbrush and soap was supplied though. Over all a cheep and cheerful place to stay but could easily be improved to amazing with some added touches."

"Firstly it was the manager and staff who were very obliging to all our requests and needs. During the day we were very happy with our Villa, a great pool and comfortable seating areas. As seniors we found the location to be extremely noisy due to late night parties at bars. "

"Might've been a nice play to stay a few years back but I think covid was a bit hard on this place - falling apart and doesn't look much like the photos - it's pretty dead. "Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! Beach front Bliss!

"Just absolute beachfront bliss! What an experience... such a stunning resort in a beautiful location with spectacular sunsets. Stayed in a sunset villa, and treated like royalty! Restaurant served amazing food and even better coffee! Spa treatment's rejuvenating, but be sure to book early! My sister and I xan not stop talking about our stay at Amber and are already planning our visit next year. Just be aware, the resort is a distance to closest towns +30 minutes. This is the perfect place to disconnect and breathe."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Cute little resort. The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination. Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel though"
