"A great clean and modern place. 15 minute walk from downtown, but with the heat and the rain we were able to drive and find easy on street parking where we were going. (the world of Bluegrass). The place is huge, three full bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our time, got to watch a little football on TV, and take in lots of bluegrass music. If we make it back to Raleigh, we will stay right here."

"This home is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is close to a school so you can hear the marching band playing outside. The home is nicely renovated. Our host was readily available which was reassuring. "

"The house was perfect for our family as we were in town for our son’s wedding. Very clean! It was nice having linens, toilet paper, and shower soaps provided. That was certainly a bonus amenity! It would be nice to have an ottoman in the living area while watching TV. "

"A perfect amount of space for two adult couples. Very clean and comfortable. Check on and check out easy. Within easy walking distance to Crabtree Creek Trails for relaxed shaded strolls. On a busy street but parking off the street allowed for easy access. Upper room allowed space to spread out for individual private time. Would return if back in the RDU area. "

"This was our first time ever booking on VRBO. My husband is completely against them as we watch too many horror movies. But the stay here has changed his mind. The house was just as the pictures we saw. The property manager was always available. It was nice and spacious and clean. We barely were there as we were in town for a family reunion. But we were pleased with this booking. I hope to book this place again next year if it is available."

"Very worn down and linens and bedding seems like it is as old as the property. It smelled bad and could not turn the heat on because it smelled so bad and we are not talking old dust smell. No ammenities at all. Did not feel secure with all the drinking and coming and going from other occupants. "

"We went into Raleigh to meet up with family nearby on our way to New Bern. We were excited to stay in this studio because it looked great. We were NOT disappointed. Everything was so well thought out. The host was very communicative and was a gracious host. The property was exceptionally clean and the amenities were as listed. They even had coffee and fresh cream for us! We would 100% stay there again when we visit Raleigh. Probably one of the best stays we've had. Would have loved to stay...
