"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience."

Only disapointments: mostly obscured view of the mountains in house 6 and overly lit outside area with houses with a huge led-strips making the night look like we were in a stadium…Great service when the dishwasher malfumctioned (can a dishwasher ruin your holiday? "Very nice house, well located close to town, with a lot of living space on the ground floor, including the hot tub. Location is a bit funny as window profile factory right across the street but absolutely no disturbance, but also house is 2 under 1 roof and thankfully neighbor was very quiet, also some sort of wood chipping operation under the floor (bonking noise at times). Had to remind manager to do maintenance of hot tub and empllty recycling bins, but he was very responsive. The place has...

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Bergglück verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Kleine Kritik: Wenn das Haus voll ausgelastet ist, ist die Küche etwas zu klein, um dort für 12 Personen zu kochen und auch der Kühlschrank ist nicht besonders groß. Wir waren zu 6, da war es ok.
