"This apartment was very comfortable with all the ammenities you need. Very quick walk (5 min) to the old town area. City bus stop 2 min walk- takes you to the beach area in 15 minutes. Nicola and Giorgos were great hosts. Very quick with communications and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property."

"My second time here but this time i have a much different perspectjve as i broke my leg on vacation and have mobity issues. There are stairs at the entrance of the buiding. and then again once you get off the elevator. The rail is loose on the lower set and there is no rail on the walkable side of the upper stairs. The sensor light turns off after a few seconds and your on a dangerous stairway in the dark my friend fell due to this. They are quite trecherous if you have heavy luggage as well....

"The property was as described. The terrace area is great - a really relaxing space. It is walking distance (up to 10 mins) to lots of restaurants.A previous review had commented on low water pressure in the shower, but we did not experience this. Street parking is easy, as described. "

"Spent a few weeks at this home while in Kalamata. The location is fantastic with nice beaches in short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by as well as grocery stores as well. Parking is a bit of challenge in the evening if you try after 7pm, but not impossible. The street noise wasn’t loud and didn’t effect anyone in our party. We all were extremely happy with our stay, and hope to stay again next summer!"

"This was the perfect spot for us with everything we wanted. All within walking distance. A beach, taverns and cafe’s, gift shops and close to the center. Easy parking but also the bus is also right there. The apartment was very clean with everything you need! Home away from home. Georgia the owner was very responsive and Spiridoula who met us was on time, very friendly and very sweet. I would highly recommend it and I would come back again. It will not disappoint. There are a lot of barking...

"Generally good and basic clean. Kitchen area needed more attention. Appliances and kitchenware not clean or not properly cleaned. I stayed 1.5 months and they provided cleaning service two times which is good. Fridge a bit dirty, pots oily ect (i found dried pasta on a strainer :( ). Communication with the handler very good but the owners not so good. I requested a microwave and they brought it to me but on the other hand they complained for my a/c usage (?????). Beds not very comfortable....
