Near the villa is also the famous pebble beach of Santa Barbara 650 m away.

Luxury Villa Stone Castle Brac consists of 3 parts with separate entrances: high ground floor below which is a spacious garage of 120 m2, floor east and floor west. It is located on a property of 650 m2 of which 320 m2 is living space, and 100 m2 terrace with a heated infinity pool of 40m2, children's playground with trampoline, slide and swing, and children's pool, sun loungers, covered summer dining room, fireplace and outdoor dining table for 12 people.

The high ground floor of the luxury Villa Stone Castle Brač consists of 1 living room or media room, a kitchen and dining room, and 2 bedrooms. Gorgeous house
Words cannot really describe how it is. When you see the pictures that's how it is in reality. Villa Rosanda is beautiful house made in famous stone from island of Brač. It has everything that one needs and more. Luxury, comfortable and modern rooms with well equipped kitchen. There are two large terases with magnificent view towards the sea and island of Hvar and mainland and Biokovo mountain. Last but not the least, there is also a pool which is really nice to have. Also barbecue. Tomi is just great guy. Always ready to help, very calm, relaxed and helpful. He will do everything to make one feel welcome.
