Home was immaculate. Everything we needed was there .. Mucho amenities everyone had plenty of space I would just recommend changing the fifth bedroom pullout couch that was not usable but knowing the homeowner I'm sure she's on it. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Family Getaway
Our group was all age 30 and older, and the property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly, the views are spectacular, and it is conveniently located close to Coastal Highway and a number of restaurants. My mother-in-law spent most of the week watching the bay from the enclosed patio while our dogs enjoyed walking around the area. The kitchen is well stocked and even has some speciality appliances such as a griddle and rice cooker. The top floor felt like a separate unit and gave me a place to work remotely while everyone else had a good time downstairs.

It was comfortable, and the owner responded immediately to text messages. 😊 We brought our boat and spent a lot of time on the water Which was beautiful. Summer family vacation
The property was exactly as listed. Everything was clean upon arrival, many kitchen essentials available to use, beach chairs, kayaks, golf cart. Washer and dryer to use. Grill was available and clean. Fire pit. Close in proximity to things in fenwick island and OCMD. Easy to keep in contact with owner, even sent messages throughout the week to remind about garage and what to do with the sheets at the end of the week. Great week for a family vacation! Definitely recommend!

Awesome place.
We went for a family vacation and had a great time. House is very well appointed, as shown in photos. Very clean and lots of extras in garage like kids bikes, toys etc. The owner was very attentive and helpful in answering any questions we had. We hope to stay again next year!

Gorgeous house
Raven's Nest is a beautiful, well cared for property with everything you need for a great vacation. The elevator made loading in and out a breeze and was such a godsend for our 94 year old grandmother. The bay views from the deck cannot be beat. It was great not to have to bring our beach chairs and umbrellas and having linen service made it so much easier to check out than when you have to wash and dry your sheets before you leave. Beach is a quick drive with ample free parking and many restaurants and kids activities close by. Would definitely consider again if we vacationed in the area.

Perfect house!
Sunsets in the front of the house and beautiful sky views from the back. This house was amazing. There was enough room for all 10 (8 adults and 2 kids) of us to lounge around and enjoy ourselves. We lacked nothing to bring to the beach or just have fun hanging out. The golf cart and the elevator were a plus. We are already looking forward to staying again next year.

If views are what you are looking for - this is it!! Water views from almost every window. Beautiful home - nicely decorated and the best part is a private suite off the master upstairs for enjoying alone time - reading etc. Would def stay here again!

Wonderful Week in Fenwick Island
This is our 3rd time staying at Ravens Nest and we always have an incredible time. The house is clean and well-equipped with the best views in Cape Windsor. We highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to be back again soon.

Wow!! Great Property!
This is a beautiful, well stocked property. Not just linens and supplies but kayaks, bikes, kids toys(clean, not cast off's), life jackets (we went swimming right off the dock!), even a golf cart to get around! I don't know how, still hasn't turned up after unpacking, but we lost one of the TV remotes, yikes! But the landlord was so cool we went on Amazon and overnighted a replacement and she was awesome! We're going back next year!

Mary was an outstanding owner/host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was excellent for our group of 9 (6 adults, 3 young children). What a wonderful home for our 4-generation family vacation. The home was even better than I had expected and I thought it looked wonderful in the listing. The amenities provided went above and beyond. We enjoyed making use of the bicycles, golf cart, kyaks, crab traps, fire pit, PacMan machine, etc. The home was stocked with extra accomodations - wood for fire pit, laundry and dish soap, etc. The beds were comfortable and the new linen service they are using made it easy for us to just strip the beds and place our towels and bed linens curb side for checkout. Mary was quite responsive to any questions we had.
