This extraordinary coastal home has amazing views of the Little Assawoman Bay and is steps away from waterfront dining locations like Harpoon Hanna's, Papa Grande's and Catch 54. With an open floor plan, there is space for everyone to unwind downstairs. Or you can choose to relax on the two balconies upstairs with panoramic water views while listening to the sounds of the live music from Harpoon Hanna's echoing over the canal or in the yard while enjoying an outdoor dinner under the glow of the string lights made on the grill. Cook in the updated kitchen with a full range of appliances including a convection oven and air fryer. Enjoy the beach in Fenwick Island, DE/Ocean City, MD which is just less than 1 mile away or rent a boat or jet ski across the street at Island Watersports or Shark's Cove Marina.

Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over the water. Take a walk to multiple waterfront dining locations, or enjoy sipping a cold beverage on the upstairs balconies overlooking the Little Assawoman Bay. At night, see Harpoon Hanna's tiki bar light up the bay from your balconies.

Loved It
Michael and Maria were great! They left a little welcoming gift and allowed an early check in at no extra cost. We all enjoyed ourselves for a bachelorette weekend. We walked to Harpoon Hanna’s and Papa Grandes which were both pretty good. It was a relatively short Uber to Seacrets and close to beaches. Loved the views. We will use them again if we stay in Fenwick / OCMD area. Thank you!

Amazing Property!
Group of girls celebrating a bride to be! This property was absolutely perfect. Walking distant to a bar and a short distance by car to OCMD. The host Michael was amazing and even left us champagne and some local goodies!! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Fabulous Minibreak
Although we only stayed for a short time, we were so delighted with the house. The location was just awesome and watching the sunrise was an additional bonus. Michael was an exceptional host and was quick to respond when we asked questions. We will definitely book again if/when we return to that area.

A fantastic find!
This house was perfect for our Mother-Daughter graduation get-together. The house was very comfortable for our party of 12. The amnenities were first rate and well-stocked. The beds, views and location were comfy, beautiful and perfect. Most of all, the hosts really made the weekend enjoyable. Their hospitality, attention to details and anyof our needs was first-rate. Could not recommend this property or our host Michael high enough!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
The place was wonderful and in short distance to plenty of nice restaurants. Amenities were great and activities in the place were a hit from playing pool, cornhole and board games our crew really enjoyed themselves. Mike was an amazing host and the check in and check out process was very simple. It was a nice weekend away and we will be booking with Mike again.

What a wonderful location!
This place was awesome! First of all, the owner was so quick to respond to any of the questions I had about our stay. The house is located very close to Harpoon Hanna’s and Catch 54 restaurants, both easily walkable! There is also a Jet Ski and boat rental place right across the street, and grocery stores maybe 2 or 3 minutes drive from the house. Also, the beaches, mini golf, more restaurants, a small water park, all literally 2 -5 minutes drive from the house. Saying all of that, you wouldn’t know that there was so many things so close to you. When you’re at the house it is nice and quiet, and sitting on either of the 2nd story balconies is pure serenity. I highly recommend this property, so close to so many fun things in Delaware or Ocean City Maryland, and the owner, Michael, is a 5 star host. I won’t ruin the surprise, but the welcome basket was amazing!

Great house and close enough to everything
This mini vacation was the first time we were fortunate enough to have all the kids/grandkids under the same roof at the same time. The house was perfect for our group and the pool table was a bonus for the late night fun stuff. Walkable to only a few spots, but a quick mile up the road is the beach and attractions so it worked out well. Had the pleasure of meeting Maria and Michael...lovely people and their customer service and responsiveness was great. House was exactly as listed/described. Neighbors were terrific too! It's a busy intersection, so just keep your eyes on the little ones that they don't go into the street.

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Owners
We enjoyed our time in Fenwick! It was a great way to end the summer. House was even more than described, very cozy, clean, convenient and well taken care of. Close to the beach which was a huge plus and many great restaurants some even in walking distance. Owners are so welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond for our stay and even left a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday! We would highly recommend staying here and are already thinking about our next visit. Beautiful house, great customer service
Michael was one of the most gracious hosts I've ever worked with...I booked this house for a weekend hockey tournament with my team. When I arrived Michael had left us a gift basket, two bottles of champagne and a personalized cake with the team name on it. House was extremely well-maintained and had enough beds & living space for everyone to sleep comfortably and location was excellent just down the street from Papas Grandes, Catch 54 and Harpoon Hanna's. Will definitely be looking into renting it again for future tournaments.

Great house near everything
If you are looking for a rental close to the beach but away from all the crazy Ocean City traffic, you’ve found it. We enjoyed not being in the thick of tourists but still close enough to be at the beach in less than 10 minutes. This house has everything, fully stocked kitchen and linens. Just bring your suitcase. The kids were calling this “our beach house” and started making plans for our next trip. The owners left us a baskets full of local treats for the kiddos and wine for the adults, they also left a basket with toiletries. Nice touch! We really enjoyed our visit with family we had not seen since the start of Covid, having everyone under 1 roof was very special. We highly recommend this property. The owners are very responsive and a delight.

Amazing home- close to everything
This home was the perfect getaway for my family to celebrate my daughters birthday. The home was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. The owner was extremely fast in his responses to our questions. We enjoyed many nights on the balconies during sunsets and early morning coffee for the sunrises. The home had so many amenities for us that we didn’t need to bring much from home. We were within walking distance to Harpoon Hannas and a short drive to the beach. We will definitely be staying at your home again. Thank you for your hospitality!!!
