"The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"Good property, clean and well equipped, air conditioned facility. Easy contact with the host via WhatsApp. Just mind the access , two ways street a bit narrow but manageable with a normal car. Very pleasant to hear the sound of seawaves in the evening!"

"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa anche info sulla zona/spiagge/ristoranti. "Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."
