"Allereerst wist niemand van onze boeking bij aankomst. De eigenaar was niet aanwezig. Ik liet onze bevestiging zien, maar niemand mocht/durfde ons een kamer toe te wijzen. Dat heeft ruim een uur geduurd. Wij kregen later iets toegewezen wat niet voldeed aan de beschrijving van de boeking en we reclameerden. de 2 dames die ons te woord stonden waren overigens erg vriendelijk, maar de "baas" kregen we niet te spreken. Toen ik hem later zag heb ik hem aangesproken over de kamer die niet voldeed en...

"I arrived at the property and was told there was no rooms available. The reception staff explained that it must be problem with hotels.com and that they have sold all of the rooms. The manager was not available and the "office was locked" so they couldn't access the online booking. It was already late in the evening and I had to drive from one hotel to another to find somewhere to stay. "
