"Very clean, safe, modern and a great location for Kiel or the ferry. Parking was easy using the Q Park. Would definitely recommend and come again. We used the hotel for breakfast sometimes but there are lots of places in walking distance round the water too. Perfect for a family or couples. Staff are very friendly and helpful"

"This wellness hotel close to Schleswig town is a nice an quiet place in the middle of the nature. The wellness area is very fine and clean and the restaurant is serving both a varied breakfast and nice dinner."

"Beautiful room upstairs in the alcove with sitting area. Temperature perfect Loved the spa facilities, like the pool the sauna the steam baths Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfasts really good with huge variety We made use of the bar as well, which has a nice variety of drinks "

"Vi havde et godt ophold på Slowdown Hotel, hvor faciliteterne var flotte, og personalet meget imødekommende. Hotellet har en skøn atmosfære, og servicen var rigtig god. Dog oplevede vi, at hotellet ikke var særlig børnevenligt. Poolens åbningstider for børn var meget begrænsede (kun 10-12 og 14-16), men dette var slet ikke nævnt ved booking, hvilket var en stor skuffelse, da vi havde valgt hotellet netop for at kunne nyde poolen sammen som familie. "The property has an excellent location, very close to the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were an unexpected delight. There were however several families with children that made quite a bit of noise. The rooms are close together so it is difficult to prevent this.
