"This was a complex of new apartments, supposedly having multilingual staff, the check in was slow and interesting as she spoke no English. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a shared balcony and some mountain views in the distance. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work but there was a fan there that did a good job. A five minute walk into Trichiana and there are bars and restaurants, we ate at the first restaurant we came to and it was excellent."

"Where do I begin? I am a seasoned traveler and retired yacht captain and all I can say is BEWARE as the place advertised on Expedia is not what is there! First, we were given an incorrect address from Expedia, lost for hours in the Dolomites and finally had to find a hotel to overnight to avoid traveling on dark mountain roads. "There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary."

"Room 1 was perfectly place in the middle of the piazza, breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Francesco was very helpful. We took a picture of a menu and she took the time to translate it for us! Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location in the middle of old town."

"This place is excellent. The building and setting are beautiful, the managers are extremely kind and helpful (from looking up and printing out information about local hikes for us, to sending us by courier a phone charger that we left in the room by mistake), and the location---very close to Monte Grappa---is perfect if you plan to do some hiking."

"This whole region of Italy was incredible to us. Everyone was so nice and there was so much to do. Roberta and her family started with a tour of the property and then they connected us with a number of excellent things to do nearby including wine, beer, pizza, hikes and an adventure to remember for a lifetime. I hope one day to be back to this region. The children cooled off in the pool and lost to their parents in foosball multiple times. We saw Marmolada and Pedavena. We saw Grotta Azzurra...
