Nice property with 2 independant Holidays Homes with a very large terrace nice big pool and a quiet shaded park .
We are located in the heart of Provence, surrounded by vineyards and calm. You can find us only a few miles away from the commune Vaison-la-Romaine , well known for its Roman ruins, and one of the most beautiful villages in France, Seguret.
The property “La CRUPIO” offers you to rent two charming self-catering cottages built at the beginning of the 19th century amidst a vast 3000m2 parkland. The pool is reserved exclusively for tenants of these 2 houses , pool is located in a large park.
Turning towards the south with a scenic view over the “Dentelles de Montmirail”, Patrick and his son Antonin will welcome you wholeheartedly so that you can entirely enjoy the relaxed rhythm of life “à la Provencale”- whether that be beside the sunlit swimming pool, or lying in the shade of lime-trees and hundred-year-old plane-trees on the terrace.
This rented accommodation is ideal for holidays with family and/or friends.
These 2 separated houses are rented both for a big familly or group of friends to enjoy both the convenience and independance . Maximum capacity : 15 persons
“La Cupio” is a warm and welcoming property consisting of a large stone uninhabited mansion and two detached self-catering Sud exposed cottages with a nice view on the “Dentelles de Montmirail”.
Carefully restored in 2010 and entirely equipped with all kinds of modern fittings, the two separate self-catering air conditionned cottages have been specially designed so that everyone can have fun, relax and find his or her own oasis of calm. The estate provides you with a private sunlit terrace, a refreshing swimming pool and numerous games such as table tennis, darts, “boules” and a trampoline situated in the shade of pine trees and hundred-year-old plane-trees.
Ideally located, you are within touching distance of several famous places of interest, as well as shops (approximately 1500m away from our cottages) and typical Provencal markets.
Those in touch with nature can easily walk by foot or ride by bicycle in order to discover the lonely forested hills, deep gorges, scents, colors and tastes of Provence.
You will be immediately enchanted by its pretty perched villages, colorful markets and fragrant landscape of vineyards, olive groves and orchards as well as the unique gastronomic pleasures of the cuisine of the sun.
These two self-catering cottages give private access to a sunlit swimming pool and a vast sun lounge, as well as an extensive shaded park.
Each self-catering cottage provides a TV and free powerfull Internet connection.

Séjour de 4 jours à 14 adultes pour faire la fête entre amis. Propriétaire hyper flexible, disponible et très sympa. Piscine très sympa et maisons conformes à la description. Je recommande !

Belle propriété. On regrette cependant l’absence de climatisation surtout pour des chambres sous les toits rendant les nuits très pénibles (canicule lors de notre séjour). Le revêtement de la piscine en béton la rend moins agréable. Celle-ci est à l'ombre dès 17h à cause des arbres qui l'entourent, dommage... Présence tous les jours du propriétaire et de personnes qui travaillaient dans le bâtiment annexe sur le site à côté de la piscine (garage situé juste à côté). Propriétaire et pisciniste sympathique. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Un séjour parfait
Nous avons passé une semaine à 12 dans cette superbe maison où rien ne manquait : Une cuisine conviviale très pratique, des chambres avec de très bonnes literies , une terrasse avec barbecues, une piscine chauffée avec de nombreux transats et un parc ombragé avec trampoline et terrain de pétanque. Cette maison est également parfaitement située pour faire des dégustations de vin , pour érer dans de nombreux marchés et également pour se faire de belles randonnées. Un propriétaire très à l'écoute et également de très bons conseils .

Très bon séjour, le propriétaire était très gentil et accueillant, les deux maisons et la piscine sont agréables, nous avons passé de très bons moments entre amis au bord de la piscine et sur la terrasse. C’est un cadre parfait pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille.

nous avons réservé cette villa pour 13 personnes, accueillis par le propriétaire pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Villa répartis sur 2 maisons mitoyennes bien équipées et très propres. Une piscines, jardin et terrain de boules parfait pour passer de bons moments. Villa très bien située proche de différentes caves agréable pour les visites. Un seul regret ne pas rester plus longtemps. Merci au propriétaire qui nous a autorisé un départ tardif pour profiter du soleil.

Quiet location in Provence
Spacious property with good size pool which our teenagers enjoyed (probably better suited to older rather than younger children) and nice outdoor seating area. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely area of Provence surrounded by vineyards, hills and small villages. Lots of good local restaurants and plenty to do in the area.

Super propriété, nous étions plusieurs couples avec enfants et nous avons vraiment apprécié les 2 maisons et surtout la très grande piscine. La maison est bien située, au calme mais toute proche de Seguret et de Vaison. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil et il a nous à bien dépanné en nous louant la maison au dernier moment. Nous avons vraiment adoré ce long week-end entre amis!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir (Ehepaar) waren zum ersten Mal im Juni 2016 für eine Woche in La Crupio im Haus Les Dentelles. Die Lage und die Art des Hauses haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Haus ist geschmackvoll französisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht im Urlaub. Alle Schlafräumen und das Bad liegen in der ersten Etage, Küche mit Wohnraum und eine extra Toilette sind im Erdgeschoss. Die Terrasse mit der Lounge Ecke liegt bei Wind herrlich im Windschatten, so dass man es gut aushalten kann. Wir hatten den Luxus zu zweit dieses große Haus zu bewohnen und würden dies auch wieder tun. Der Vermieter Herr Anchisi kümmert sich um die Anlage und ist für alle Fragen offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist auch sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, ca. 2 km von Seguret entfernt. Herrlich kann man morgens vom Schlafzimmer auf die Felder und die Weinberge schauen. Seguret ist ein ganz reizender Ort, genauso wie Vaison-la-Romaine. Ausflüge kann man in alle Richtungen (Ardeche, Mont Ventoux) sehr gut unternehmen, braucht natürlich ein Auto. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort um ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir würden das Haus auch wieder mieten.

Begeistert - zum vierten Mal
Wir (Familie, 2 EW, 2 Ki) waren zum vierten Mal seit 2010 in La Crupio, zunächst in der kleineren Einheit (Les Tilleuls), die letzten drei Mal in der größeren Einheit - Les Dentelles. Wir sind begeistert von diesem Fleckchen Erde. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist groß und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Der Vater des Vermieters, Patrick, kümmert sich bestens um die Anlage und hält alles gut in Schuss. Er ist sehr freundlich und betreut seine Gäste umsichtig. Für alle Teenager: Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Was uns besonders gut gefällt: Das Haus liegt etwas von Séguret entfernt. Man hat dort absolute Ruhe. Da es bis Vaison-la-Romaine, dem nächstgrößeren Ort, aber nur wenige Kilometer sind, ist man auch schnell im "Trubel". In Vaison-la-Romaine sind die römischen Ausgrabungen und die malerische mittelalterliche Altstadt absolut sehenswert. Einmal pro Woche gibt es einen großen provenzalischen Markt mit allen Köstlichkeiten der Region. Der Ort ist sehr lebendig, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, man kann gut essen gehen oder auch einfach nur auf dem Marktplatz sitzen und dem Treiben zusehen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Städte wie Avignon, Orange, der Pont du Gard sind schnell zu erreichen. Für die Weinliebhaber bietet die Gegend ebenfalls viel, denn einige der besten Anbaugebiete sind gleich um die Ecke (Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, etc.) Wir haben hier wunderschöne, sehr erholsame Familienurlaube verbracht und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir verbrachten im Mai zu Dritt eine schöne, erholsame Woche in Les Dentelles. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vater des Vermieters kümmert sich mit viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit. Mittlerweile sind auch vor der Terrasse einige Oleandersträucher gepflanzt, so dass diese vom Pool aus nicht mehr direkt einsehbar ist. Gerade wenn das zweite Haus auch bewohnt ist und der Pool genutzt wird, hat man somit nochmals etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Der Markt am Dienstag in Vaison-La-Romaine ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Ebenso die Wanderung um die Bergkette Les Dentelles (entgegen der Beschreibung laufen, ist die bessere Wahl). In Segurét sollte man sich das Essen im Restaurant Coté Terrasse auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Patrick, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit --- wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
