Beautiful home located in Seguin, Texas with four bedrooms, three bathrooms - One King bed, two Queen Beds, one double, one twin and one toddler bed.
Extended entry leads to large family room with a wall of windows with view of pool. Game room with French doors and queen size bed. Kitchen features island with bar stools for seating. Morning area just off the kitchen and family room with table that seats 6. Private primary suite with a wall of windows. Primary bath includes corner garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower and dual vanities. Secondary bedroom includes one twin bed and third bedroom has one toddler bed with a Jack N Jill bathroom. Private ensuite in 4th bedroom with has one queen size bed and single vanity.

Backyard has bar-b-que grill, pool and covered patio
Fully equipped kitchen with oven and all the equipment necessary for entertaining.
