Fully renovated in 2019, very tasteful and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), satellite TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair) with shower/bidet/WC and hydro massage bath. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 open room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, gas heating, air-conditioning. Natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the valley, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. A natural stone staircase leads down from the living room to the wellness area with a large hydro massage bath in the natural stone vaulted cellar of the house. Suite del Benessere eine sehr gute Wahl
Das Haus, gelegen am Hang eines mittelalterlichen Dorfes, erfüllt alle Ansprüche. In allen drei Etage gibt es Klimaanlagen, die bei 38 Grad auch dringend nötig waren. Der Besitzer, Giacomo, war ständig erreichbar und immer bereit zu helfen, wenn Probleme auftreten sollten. Er bietet außerdem ausgezeichneten Wein und Öl aus eigener Produktion an. Nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein sehr gutes Ristorante. Sehr starkes Internet. Kurzum ein tolles Haus.

Unsere Unterkunft La Suite del Benessere entsprach dem Beschrieb und den Fotos. Zentral gelegen um viele tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen vornehmen zu können. Äusserst freundliche Eigentümer, welche stets mit Rat und Informationen zur Verfügung stehen. Zudem sehr zu empfehlen das Restaurant Antico Borgo Taverna im Dorf Seggiano.

Entspannte Ferien in der Toskana
Das Ferienhaus ist aufwendig mit hoher Qualität eingerichtet. Es gibt wirklich alles. Und eine super Aussicht vom Balkon! Auch wichtig: Der schnelle Internet-Anschluss. G. ist ein sehr zuverlässiger, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Besuchen Sie unbedingt sein Öl und Wein outlet! Seggiano selber ist ein netter kleiner Ort. Es gibt aber alles, außer Touristen. Bar, Restaurant, Supermarkt, alles da. In etwas mehr als einer Stunde erreichen Sie Siena, das Meer, Montalcino und viele Weingüter

Sehr schön
Wir waren im September 2022 für 10 Tage im Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der tolle Wellnessbereich. Seggiano ist ein sehr kleiner Ort mit 2 Restaurants und einem kleinen Einkaufladen. Von Seggiano sind viele tolle Orte in Tagestouren erreichbar.Sehr netter Vermieter.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Ferienhaus zentral im Ort gelegen. Drei Etagen mit teils steilen Treppen. Für uns völlig in Ordnung. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Für alle die abseits des Stadttrubels Erholung suchen sehr zu empfehlen. Dank vollständiger Klimatisierung lässt sich die toskanische Hitze gut aushalten.

Objekt hat nur 1Zimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer. Terasse im unteren Stock ,sehr ungünstig da die Treppe sehr eng ist, und fast nicht möglich das Essen runterzubringen.

Bewertung des Hauses
Das Haus war in einem Top Zustand. Der Ort ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und nett. Rundum empfehlenswert. Für die Umstände unserer früheren Abreise konnte der Vermieter nichts, denn es gab leider eine Großbaustelle neben dem Haus, die mit starkem Lärmab den frühen Morgenstunden verbunden war. Auch hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes ein Marder ins Dach einquartiert. Der Vermieter hat sich sofort mit Interchalet in Verbindung gesetzt, um unsere frühere Abreise zu regeln.

Eine Wohlfühloase mit traumhafter Umgebung
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann hier wunderbar entspannen. Der Whirlpool und die Dachterasse laden zum genießen und entspannen ein. G. und seine Familie sind sehr aufmerksame und gastfreundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder.
Wir waren in Seggiano für eine Woche, ende Juli, im Urlaub. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir brauchten um uns eine wunderschöne Auszeit vom Alltag zu nehmen. Seggiano hat alles was man braucht, man muss nur die Öffnungszeiten beachten. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist so wie man sie in einem Toskanischen Dorf erwartet, aber absolut befahrbar. Wir hatten auch immer einen Parkplatz, gleich an der Straße neben der Unterkunft. Die Restaurants im Ort, sind beide sehr gut. Wir würden wieder hinfahre.
