Villa Rozana is a luxury beachfront villa with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful village called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).
It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.
The villa has got ground floor and 2 floors.
The property encompasses lush gardens with fruit trees, and paved areas which give direct access to the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, and sail. The sea experience speaks for itself. Just look at the pictures, and you will get the impression of all the natural beauties that will wait for you here. Once you come, you will never want to leave. Your hosts are kind people with over 20 years of experience in tourism, available on your request 24/7.

This is the perfect jumping off point to famous Croatian islands, is ideally situated near the fabulous, energetic city of SPLIT and the more mellow, yet equally gorgeous, seaside town of TROGIR.

It is truly a retreat for those looking to get away from it all.

There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area, and you can park your vehicles securely on-site.

Sun-lounges flank balconies as well as seafront garden, affording stunning panoramic views. Waterfront dining and patio dining areas with the option of cooking on a traditional stone BBQ will allow you some peaceful outdoor living.

5 star accomodation with stunning views , only a few steps to waters edge .
Communication from owner Mislav was excellent from the start. The apartment was spacious , modern with quality fittings and finishes, immaculately clean and with everything you would require and more. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and hairdryers. The apartment is a few steps from the waters edge with a spectacular view from the large balcony. There are 4 restaurants within 5 mins walk . For 50 kuna return ,you can get an open boat to Trogir ( about 45 mins away) . Mislav's apartment was the last leg of our trip from Split to Dubrovnik and return to Split . We stayed only 2 nights but wished for longer , very relaxing and only 20 mins by car to airport. Or 20 Euros . However our host was very kind and dropped us off ! Thank you Mislav . We hope to return and spend a few days longer next time . Top class apartment with million dollar view .

Es war super bis auf den handtuchwechsel wenn man 1 woche da ist und jeden tag duscht da man am strand war wäre es schön wenn man nicht hinter den handtüchern hinterher rennen muß nach 3 tagen um frische zu bekommen sonat war alles super.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und liegt unmittelbar am Wasser. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar, fast täglich vor Ort und kümmert sich sofort um die Anliegen der Mieter. Kurz gesagt - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
