Villa Rozana is a luxury beachfront villa with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful village called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).
It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.
The villa has got ground floor and 2 floors.


This luxury apartment is located on the ground floor.

There is a open space that connects a living room, dining room, modern kitchen and a private balcony into a unique sun-bathed experience with spectacular sea views.
It has bedroom and bathroom.

Bedroom has king-size bed and a mountain view. Modern designer Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Guests have a private parking place at their disposal. All guests of the villa can use the traditional outdoor kitchen with the stone BBQ in the backyard.

Tourist tax, air conditioning, outside BBQ, parking place on our yard, bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, laundry room, air conditioning, heating, child cot, high chair, final cleaning and Wireless Internet connection are included in the price.

You can reserve boat berth with no extra cost.
