"This is a great little flat. Yes, it’s cozy and the stairs are narrow and steep, but that was no surprise and definitely manageable. Worth it to stay within the palace walls!"

"Such a beautiful trendy spacious apartment located across from the ocean . About 8 mins drive from city Center so it is a little quiet and further away from the crowds . The manager Vinko is very helpful. We had issue with our TV and within 10mins he can by and fix it . Would totally recommend! "

"The apartment is literally on the main square, location cannot be beat. Very small bathroom and kitchen. I could have forgone the kitchen to have a functional bathroom. There is a washer in the unit, but no way to hang clothes to dry. This was important to us as we packed with the intention of doing laundry. "The property is a good size wirh a decent swimming pool, it has free use of the tennis court and table tennis which was great. It is about a 5 mins walk to the sea and 30min walk to the marina. The view from both the pol and the balcony are amazing"

"Our stay was amazing! Clear and proactive instructions on how to get into the apartment, although it took a little finding with Google maps but that is down to the wonderful maze that is the old town of Dubrovnik 😍 the apartments were fabulous - clean, modern but in a and in a Central location "

"we loved this place. we stayed here for a few days at the end of our europe trip, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. pool/ocean/building view did not disappoint - it’s exactly as pictured. food was delicious in the restaurant, and the rooms were so luxurious! we were so comfortable and happy. a walk to the little town which can be hot in the heat of summer but is a great location, and a little bit further out for lovely peace and quiet. beach is just across the road with stunning coastline views - there was an inflatable playground nearby which was lots of fun for me and my sister (we’re grown ups haha). would love to come back and stay for longer. loved it"
