Im Eingangsgeschoss sind die Wohnbereiche mit Wohnen, Essplatz, Küche und WC, im Obergeschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer mit WC und ebenerdiger Dusche untergebracht. In einem Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im anderen Zimmer stehen drei Einzelbetten. Des gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll im italienischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. "Our stay in Assisi was complemented by the this apartment. It was situated in a quiet area with great dining options within 30m. The beds were comfortable and the coffee makers helped get us up and at it in the morning. The hosts were very friendly and responsive during all communications. "The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."
